If I could give Kathryn 10 stars I would. She was on top of everything and always there to answer our questions and had moving tips that helped last second. She is extremely selfless and her work ethic is unbelievable! Gotta love her!

My husband and I decided to move ourselves and our two young children across NC from the mountains to the coast for a new chapter in our lives. Kathryn was the first person I reached out to with a random “inquiry” online and within 10 minutes, Kathryn called me personally and asked all of the right questions for what we were looking for and how she could help.

The sale of our home in the mountains was an unfortunate nightmare (on our buyers side) that continually got delayed, ultimately delaying the buy of our new home time and time again, but Kathryn kept me calm and grounded through the entire process. We traveled to meet with her twice, she video chatted tours as well as continuous conversation via text, phone and email.

She is the true definition of the best realtor I could’ve ever worked with for the buy of our new home during this new chapter.
